TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

(This course is delivered through the means of a co-provider agreement with AIIT RTO number 1831)

This course is ideal for those who have a desire to become a trainer and assessor either in the workplace or in the vocational education sector.

Participants are required to successfully complete a total of 14 units specifying the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts. These unit topic areas include:

• Learning Design
• Delivery and Facilitation
• Assessment

Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors and possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:
